Netflix and possible new Nirvana movie for October 2022

Netflix claimed that Nirvana drummer and Foo Fighters frontman Dave Grohl working on a new film project about his life and career.

During the recent interview with SMH, Dave Grohl’s mother Virginia confirmed that Dave Grohl interest in movies expanded.

Netflix wrote:

A new documentary on his career – from Scream to Nirvana to Foo Fighters – was under way, Ms Hanlon Grohl confirmed, as her son’s interest in movies expanded.

Two weeks ago, during the recent interview with 95.5 KLOS, Dave Grohl explained his thoughts on possibility of a Foo Fighters movie. He revealed the who he wants to play him in a movie. He said:

“I’m going for Shelley Duvall. Like, look at Shelley Duvall from The Shining. She’s like, ‘Get away from me! Get away from me!’ Like, that’s me. That’s totally me.”
